We are delighted to launch our 5 week pre-season programme with Laois Hurler and fitness coach Enda Rowland. This programme begins this Monday 14th of August 2023 in Fr Breen Park, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois R32 H7WR from 8 pm - 9 pm. We encourage all new and existing players to part-take in this fitness programme. Each session will cost 3 euro.

Please remember to bring your hockey stick and water. Looking forward to see you all out there.
